I feel like that the whole time, wake up and fancy a sleep to get over my sleep, I sit down in the morning and don't want to move. Sit down in the evening and I fall asleep......yawn szzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Radio 4 and Classic help the day.

or is it I'm just have no reason to do much? With petrol at nearly £6 a gallon it does slow me down. Parking in town is a nightmare, traffic even worst, if I travel to visit a friend then its a half day just to go a few miles + a gallon. I would like an electric bike but they're £500+, I see someone has just been prosecuted for using a Segway.

All this explains why I am sat on the puter answering you this early in the morning! Oh hum.....

    8) Its a grin, honest!

Think it is a combo of all those factors ... I felt like that on Monday, yesterday I felt tired on waking but snapped out of it because I had a friend coming over and we popped out and laughed all day, today I'm the same as Monday - Weather? tired from yesterday? lacking motivation and at a loose end? Combination of all of these? So I'm drinking coffee and on here!! My to do list is not getting looking very enticing or getting any shorter ....

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Val

I've felt lethargic these past couple of days and I'm ashamed to say that I didn't get out of bed until 10.30 am yesterday morning. OH just left me - he said I looked so peaceful and I was to remember all the times when I couldn't sleep at all. I put it down to all the fresh air and camping over the weekend. Anyway no chance of being idle today as I'm taking my son to the train station; washing needs to be done etc.

I think the heat makes you tired and this rain is a very pleasant change.

Have an early night and you may feel better tomorrow.

Been up and down last few days as well. Only diagnosed with RA last month so still have so much to learn.

Getting pain under control after 4-5 days but morning stiffness in hands has not eased today - neither has the rain !!!!

Is this something normal - weather affecting the joints.
I'm also knackered - don't know if it's RA, or the weather but I fall asleep about teatime for a good hour and still have to go to bed for 10pm and sleep through

Hi, I too have found the weather trying. Yesterday I went to the hospital in the morning and then we went to choose a kitten in the early evening. We got home about 6.30pm, I picked up the paper and slept until my lovely o/h woke me for dinner. I ate that and tried to talk, but went back to sleep again! o/h woke me at 11.00pm and asked it I thought it was time to go to bed, then I slept all night!!!

Feel better today, but it is so humid ohhh I wish the dark sky would RAIN.

I hope you feel better when the weather cools, I think it feels like lead tied to my feet and my brain seems to have gone all foggy!!  I'll moan no more, for now!
    Lots of love Sue
