Could be the cider reacted with your meds as well as overdoing it. Different drinks have different ingredients and it may be just cider and nothing else that will affect you. Trial and error on that. a025.gif

That is just how I felt after my last drop of alchololol many years ago. It should improve within a few days, if not, then more rest and recoup.

I hope that it clears soon and you feel more normal and positive.

Oh val, you poor thing. livinglegend does had a point about the cider - depending on what it was it could have been packed full of additives and they are nasty things. I have never had anything like that happen to me - I hope it passes. Rest as much as you can today. DD

What a shame, Val. Drink plenty of water to help wash out your system. Hope you feel better soon. Maybe you got dehydrated after all that exercise too.

Hi Val, looks like the wagon for you for a while then :(
Might be interesting to note what you eat and drink to see if there is a connection.

    Hi Val

After working 4 hours, and then walking into town and shopping, maybe you just overdid things, although it could possibly have been the cider. Sometimes I think I am having a really good day, but then I know that if I overdo things, I will pay the price later. It is very frustrating because I like to be active, but I have learned what my limits are. If I overdo things, I often feel as though I've been run over by a bus later ( not nice :!: :!: ) Then the only solution is to rest.

I hope you are feeling better now.

I think it is quite common for alcohol to set off RA - it certainly does mine, usually takes an hour to really kick in and can go on for a couple of days.

Like someone said might be worth taking a note of the brand and keeping an eye on things, certain alcohol does set my RA off and of course you could have done too much - for me red wine is a no no and I'm not on any meds
