Phenyramidol

Hi Im just back from a lovely holiday in Turkey, beautiful place! When i was away I ran out of Robaxin tabs and had to go to pharmacy the man gave me these Phenyramidol ones and they are fantastic!!! Ive arthritis in spine and sciatica and the pain disappeared!!!!! Anyone heard of these? Im going to doc tomorrow to see if i can get them. :)

    Pleased to hear you had a great holiday, Margaret :D

    Never heard of the wonder drug you were prescribed and googling does not tell one much. Hope your gp will dish out the script for you :D

    Bet you wish you got a shedload of them now? They are a painkiller and a muscle relaxant. I don't know whether they are available in this country.

    If they are can you let us know, I'll be off to the docs to get some myself!

    Glad you had a lovely holiday Margaret and that the pharmacist was able to help. The wonder drug is not listed in the bnf ... so it will be interesting to see what your doc says. Let us know.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Great to see you back after your hols :D

    Sounds as though that drug has worked wonders for you! Not heard of it...but if it suits you and helps with dampening arther's effects then I hope your own doc will be able to prescribe it.
