Mad things Simie has done

A lot of you will remember fondly the postings I've made on my middle child, Simie, 8, who is completely barking mad (a trait she gets from her Dad's side of the family, obviously). Since she's been on summer holiday, she's been even more barking than usual and I can't work out whether it's heat stroke, she's bored or if I'm just spending more time with her than usual to pick up these things more. But over the past week or so, she has:
- Asked her 11 year old sister: "Do your boobies wobble?"
- Tripped over her own feet whilst standing perfectly still beside me (we now ensure she never carries anything breakable or valuable)
- Invented numerous games to keep her 6 year old sister occupied with their Barbies and other plastic paraphenalia: including What does and doesn't bounce downstairs, Can you stand on your head until your face goes tomato red, Doctors and Nurses (managed to stop her just in time from performing an operation on her perfectly willing little sister with a pair of scissors  ), Mums and Dads (the Chav version with their dolls - this is brilliant to watch)
- Had long discussions with me about Eastenders, especially when the actor playing Lucas appeared on The One Show the other night. I might stop her watching EE actually, I didn't realise she took it so seriously! I think her words were "Don't any of them watch Eastenders, Mama? He's very dangerous!"
All this aside, she's a lovely little girl (well, I say "little", she's very tall for her age and stands about 5 feet high) and we'd be bored without her. But to be honest, when she starts being mad, I do often tell her to go and talk to her dad, she has too much energy sometimes!

Hi Nina
Well I can verify that Simie is a gorgeous girl in every way. She is beautiful in looks, and beautiful in personality too. She has a way of making everyone smile on meeting her; she has a lovely outgoing nature, but she is also very polite and a real credit to you and Sunny.
I have some sympathy with her being tall for her age, because I was just the same. Sometimes people expect more of a child because he or she looks older, but you have to take account of age. I'm sure that Simie is just like any other 8- year-old.0 -
She sounds lovely Nina.
Lucy says funny, confused things but I forget them by time I get on here. Ill have to carry a notebook and write them all down.

Oh definitely write them down, Elizabeth, we're always reminding Simie of her best ones
And Joan, Simie thinks you and your hubby are lovely people, especially as you find her so amusing, she loves an audience We wouldn't change her even a little bit, even her clumsiness!
