    Just to inform Legs

Have posted on Young People's Forum yesterday morning...So far 47 people have looked, one reply to say she hadnt had it done but knew lots ages of 20+ had...Also posted same message on another arthritis website, 65 lookers, not one reply.......................

    Hi Elaine,

Have seen your post. Unfortunately it's not such a busy forum as this one.

If you still don't get any more replies why don't you come from another angle and ask people at what age they had a joint replacement. Afterall it shouldn't matter whether it's knee, hip, ankle, elbow or shoulder, the surgeon's age argument is often the same..... and put the thread of this and the other forum?

Just a thought, hope it helps in your research.

    Bothered....not..............

    Hi Elaine,

Sorry about that but as I said before the Young People's Forum isn't as busy as this one and it may take longer to get some feedback, do you think you might be being a little hasty?

I'm sure it's nothing to do with how old you are (you're young to me ...an aged 52  ) and people will always read a thread and then decide whether they can help or not. I always read but don't always contribute.

If it sinks without trace and further contributions you could always try again just on the LWA forum to see if you get a better response.

    Hi Elaine,

I've bumped up an old thread by Chantelle for you on the Young People's Forum to see if it helps.
