Quite possibly. Go and see your doc to have it checked out: lumps can and do apppear, it's worth seeking a professional opinion. DD

I was groping for a word last night and at 3am it duly popped into brain: cyst. It could be one of them - either way, get thee to the docs when other tasks today or tomorrow are completed. I wish you well. DD

    Hi Rob

Go get it checked out but don't worry if it is.

I have a line of nodules on both my arms starting at elbows down to wrists. I have one on my knuckle and finger too.

    I don't sound very nice do I . Turning into a dinosaur.

They hurt if you knock them and I suppose I could have them removed but I don't like surgery.

    Hope yours disappears :)

    HI Rob

I had some nodules around my elbow and forearm
about 4 in a row, but they disappeared after a few
years. Mine were RA nodules, so maybe yours
are the same. They didnt bother me, I just
    knew they were there.

    Hi Rob!

I have just one nodule and it's on the tip of my elbow.

I think it's very fetching and compliments everything I wear. 8)

Hope you are on good form - it's nice to see you back in action on AC.

    Hi Rob

Funny you should ask this question. I have one just below my elbow which has appeared fairly recently and I just assumed it was a rheumatoid nodule although I haven't had one of those before. As the others say, might be worth getting it checked out if you are worried about it,

    Hi Rob

I have lumps all over the place. This morning I got up and look like I have x4 elbows starting to grow on my left arm. I also get them on my knuckle joints.

They are hardish and there is nothing in them as when I first got them I used to attack them trying to burst but there was nothing.

I have Arthritis as well as SLE so I don't know if they are the same as yours. If you can get your Rheumy or Rheumy Nurse to check them out rather than your GP that would be better as MY GP tried to tell me they were warts when they so obviously weren't.

    Hi Rob,

Not to worry - at least you know what it is! I have mine on my knuckles - they are great looking and gickygawky says they compliment everything I wear.

They hurt like a ***** when you knock them! I was told ice packs but even then I cant tolerate anything touching them at certain times. They just become part of me!!
