    Hello

I had my right wrist fusion 11 years ago and have had not trouble with it since. My left on has been dodgy of late by my new meds seem to have it under control at the mo. I also had a finger fusion and a wrist 'clean out'.
Re the fusion - I would have it again without hesitation. I used to be in agony every day for 5-6 years until they decided what they were going to do with me! And from the day of the op, its been wonderful. A bit restrictive sometimes but well worth it - good luck xxx

Thank you its good to hear these positive comments ...I had thought maybe surgery would leave me wishing I hadnt bothered!! :o X

    Hi iris

I bought a TENS yesterday and its really done them good, helped with the pain etc.

I'm sure kneeding the clootie will provive more therapy too!! I am on a winner!

If I introduce the clootie to all of my friends they wont realise I'm expanding! thats the plan anyhow!

Hows things for you today! :D Christine X
