Hi all, Thans for all replies; perhaps if the iron tablets work, I can try some of your suggestions for keeping my iron levels up..... certainly Floradex sounds promising.
Will let you know what happens!

Hi Jackie,
Its nice to see you and I am sorry for being so late here....
I really hope it will help with all your doing, I have only been anemic once when the crohn's had a major flare and the best help I got was the vit b12 jabs as well as some b6. Its the B's crohn's has trouble with the digestion of it.... I don't understand it well enough to know how it helped the anemia but it did slowly. i don't eat meat so it was a bit harder I guess?
My sister had severe anemia and put her on liquid iron as they said it would help her quicker. With that one you have to mind your teeth though as it was inclined to make them brown.
Really hope you are able to get the iron levels back up and sending a ((( ))) and it really is nice to see you. Cris x0
