    Hi Lorraine,

    writing to Lauren's school?

Why arent they looking at the docs reports.
You would think that the medics are the most likely people
to tell it how it is.

So its more waiting for you then, thats a shame.

Who was the rep you mentioned, does he charge a fee or
something, just wondering as it seems strange that he had
a card to give you and asked to represent you.
Although you did say he had just got some success before you
    went in.

Hope things go well for you and your daughter.

    Love Kath

Hi, Good luck, I hope that the person who is helping you is OK, it would be worth making sure he is from one of the agencies like CAB or Disability Rights. I'm not trying to throw cold water on you, but just to warn you that its best to be safe than sorry and their are some rotten cheats out their. It may well be that he is from one of these agencies, but I'd check! Good luck, I'm sorry you have to wait. Love Sue

Having thought about it, I agree with Sue. Check this guy out before you give him any personal info. It may be worthwhile going to CAB or some other agency.

There are a lot 'of ambulance chasers' out there preying on people.

hi everyone who ha been reading my threads,i sat there today waiting to go in,and there was what looked like an oldish man with a younger lady,he was reading stuff out about pots n pans n stuff,i thought it was him the dla was for ,but he was the rep,and i as usaul will talk to old nick,so i piped up what have u been knocked of for ,he rplies its her no me im the rep, well i wish the ground could have opened for me lol ,i told him i was going in on my own,and he kindly gave me some pointers,it also turns out that he got a great result in less than 10 minutes .so then i asked for a card,he told me to come c him, i never lost i never won but fate made it this way i believe ,lorraine

So who does this guy work for, does his card say? Is he CAB, welfare rights etc...He may have helped the other person get the results but the tribunal have read all the notes & have a pretty clear idea before you go in, in my opinion.

Please do be careful before giving any personal information to anyone, make sure you check him out carefully.
