Went to the new hospital in Elche today Brilliant place Public hospital Private standards.Saw the doctor,blood tests,ECG and X rays a week today Seeing the Anaesthetist on 31st August .Looks like a result :D

    Hi, I'm glad that you had a good experience. I would like to say more congratulations etc but you've not said what the problem is or what you are having done!!! So I don't want to put my foot in it, as usual!!!! Good luck. Love Sue

    That does sound very promising.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hospital sounds great (for a hospital)

    Private standards on NHS makes you feel a whole lot better about having to go in. Good luck

    This hospital is in Spain I think. We are all now on the plane to Alicante to visit you.
