Poor old Zsa-zsa, she's quite something isn't she? Married oodles of times and still trying to do glamour for all she's worth. That is a bad age to break a hip tho - it doesn't augur well. DD

You have to admire the tenacity of someone who marries 9 times :!:  I also love some of her quotes, eg.

I am a marvellous housekeeper. Every time I leave a man I keep his house.

Personally I know nothing about sex because I've always been married.

One of my theories is that men love with their eyes; women love with their ears.

I like the "I never hated a man enough to give him back his diamonds" one.

Oh no :( I hope she feels better soon, she's one of my role models. I've found these on the internet from her:

A man in love is incomplete until he has married. Then he's finished.

Getting divorced just because you don't love a man is almost as silly as getting married just because you do.

How many husbands have I had? You mean apart from my own?

Husbands are like fires - they go out when unattended.

I call everyone 'Darling' because I can't remember their names.

I never hated a man enough to give him diamonds back.

I want a man who's kind and understanding. Is that too much to ask of a millionaire?

    Macho does not prove mucho.

The women's movement hasn't changed my sex life. It wouldn't dare.

To a smart girl men are no problem - they're the answer.

We were both in love with him. I fell out of love with him, but he didn't.

When I'm alone, I can sleep crossways in bed without an argument.

You never really know a man until you have divorced him.

I want to be just like her when I'm 92 :D

She's up there with Mae West isn't she? My favourite Mae's include 'I used to be Snow White but I drifted' and, when asked by an interviewer why she gave men the run-around she replied 'I gotta circular bed!' Great broads, as the Yanks would say. We just don't make 'em like that anymore. DD

    Hi Nina

Thanks for posting those quotes. They are priceless, aren't they? I think Zsa Zsa was ahead of her time in many ways.
