lost and and cant find it,

hello everyone

why is it when you are looking for something that you had before your holiday and left behind and you know you did, but you look in every possible place you cant find it, :roll: :roll: its a small laptop about the same size of a portable dvd player, and its really buggs me as where ever it is i cant find it, :shock: :? :x

Is it me or is it a sign of old age, :lol: you know what usally happerns if you look for something you'll never find it, but look for something else and you'll find it, Or is there somone where all this stuff hides or is it Mr nobody got it, that invisable person that everyone has.

strange thing is i got the power cable for it, but i was planing on taking it when i went away but i just thought i forgot to take it, hmmm

    I think they're making things smaller specifically for this reason - so the stuff will get lost and we have to buy replacements. You can't imagine losing a humungous old computer and monitor, can you? Now even the hard drive is titchy on a desk top computer!

    What really bugs me is when people say "It'll be in the last place you look" - I mean, OBVIOUSLY it will be in the last place I look, when I find it, I'm not going to carry on looking for it, am I???

    Anyway, I digress - I hope you find the laptop soon. And don't lose the charger in the process :D

    its really weird but as usual i always try and look on the positive side, its no use to anyone, the battery is on its way out, and they cant log on unless they know the password the operating sytem is linux and unless you know the password you not going to log on, cant be too safe i always say.

    It will be in the most unexpected place. I have no idea where that is in your house but that is where it will be. COuld D have hidden it away for safekeeping? DD

    Hope it turns up Only - i think it will - we've lost our Tv remote for the bedroom :(

    Look in the airing cupboard might be among the towels

    Remember you put it in there to keep it safe :)

    still not found it yet, given up looking for it now, its so anoying oh well it must be a sign of old age it must be, or we got an invisable person in this house hoarding these things.
