hello all,

i got some knee supports or what ever you call them they are a thing that has a hole in the front and and you fasten the valcro, anyway, i made the whole alot bigger and guess what its not pressing on the front of my knees anymore but it is helping a lot i can walk better than i can but still got to not push it too far or i suffer, at least i found something that helps it seems to help when i driving as well, as i wore them when i was on holiday.

I think it helps keep my knees warm and a little help, gotta be better than as much pain.

off on any trip to another islands tomorrow morning just for the day and back to my bed at night time.

Knee supports are a boon, only49, I'm glad you have found some that work for you. I used to use the neoprene onces my local chhemist sold but unfortunately my knees are too fat now even for an XL size: the best ones I found are made in Germany and cost about £80 per support! I might ask for a new one for Christmas!

I hope you have a lovely day tomorrow. Did D go back to school today? DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
