disable bbcode in this post

when you submit a post theres some tick choice boxes, one of them says disable bbcode,whats that?

    No idea. Not brave enough to click and find out, either. I like what I know, I can handle that! It does say at the bottom left of the reply page, under options, highlighted and underlined in blue, BBC code is on, as are smilies. HTML, however, is off. That's fine by me. DD

    Just a little add to that. BB stands for Bulletin Board which is the original, (no longer normally used), name for Forums.
