    I suppose we are not that good at calculating the effort that might be required: on the surface that was a 'small' job, maybe 10 minutes tops - alarm bells should start ringing then, 'cos small always turns into enormous! The opposite applies too: jobs you expect to take most of the day are done in 15 minutes. It's another variation of ****'s Law. DD
