hi everyone im new today
i have been teetering on the edge of joining for some time and took the plunge today.
i am hopeing someone will be able to advise me :D
i have 8 degenerative disks 2 pressing on nerves.
and they are all literally getting on my nerves!!!! :(
causing alot of pain in the area and down my legs and feet
i have had this many years.

has anyone ever tryed TSE as a pain reliver for back pain arthritis??
i use tens and heat not always ideal but helps at times
is TSE any beter??
has any one had good results. they are quite pricy. :shock:

    Hi Bambi......

    Not sure what TSE is............I've used TENS for joint pain relief to good effect..........

    it seems the same type of thing as TENS but is set to a higher frequency. :?
    now im sounding like i know what im talking about but i dont, just read about it on line proffesses to be better than tens??
    thought someone may have tryed it ill try anything that promisies some relief!! :)

    I've never heard of it and probably wouldn't try it as I never found TENS any good. My rule of thumb for trying things was as follows: if it costs under £30 then give it a whirl, as I don't mind wasting up to £30. That was when I used to have money. Now the limit is £0! DD

    I've not heard of TSE :idea: did physio suggest it?
