OT home visit

Hi I am due to have my OT visit me at home on Friday.I was just wondering what will happen? Anyone who has lately had a visit could you advise me ???

    Mine arranged a raised loo seat..Bed elevator..additional stair rail..a pair of 'sticks' for upstairs..bath board..several other bits that escape my memory.........

    And lots of practical advise on what/how to do things....

    They've been brilliant........

    good luck with your OT visit.

    Like Rob said .... it can be a wonderful experience .... I came out of it with a lot more than I ever thought i would.

    The actual equipment available seems to vary from area to area, but their coming to your home means they can assess your needs so much better, and you may be surprised with how much help you are given.

    I certainly wish I'd asked for their help a lot sooner!
