Today I heard back from the lady at PALS she is going to try and get me an appointment with the rheumy clinic but not with the consultant as I don't want to see him, I told her the name of the doctor who I feel is good at her job. The rheumy nurse phoned me as well to say she'd been in touch with my GP so I'm going there tomorrow. I posted my letters today so now it's just wait and see. I feel a bit better now I've done something and other things are hopefully getting sorted. Shame the same thing can't be said about my husband, although he's now trying to be nice to me but it's too little too late.

    Hi nanasue
You have gone and going through so much, but now you have done something for yourself, and that will give you the confidence you need to get through this.
I really hope things work out for you, please let us know how your appointment goes.
You fight for the right treatment, and you will get it.
Lots of hugs (((((()))) and love

    Well done Sue,

Fingers crossed your appointment comes through asap.
At least you are not going to see the the Grump :D
looks as if things are going to get moving for you at last.

Sorry things are not good at home though. :(
Maybe when you have got the right treatment things will improve all round.

    Take care,

    Good on you Sue,

I'm so pleased that you have managed to get so much sorted via PALS.
just goes to show what is possible if we're determined enough.

Fingers crossed it's the beginning of a positive time for you. :D
