ESA reconsideration letter.... help pls :)

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could help as to what i need to put in this letter as at the moment i really don't know how to go about it, what to write and what details i should include.... any help would be gratefully received...

Put an appeal in ASAP then goto your nearest wellfare rights and they will help you. This is like the way the whole thing seems to work now. The people at the wellfare rights are really good. \\\start to jot down when you are bad and remember to fill in the forms as if it was your worst day of pain. The system has changed to try and save the government money. This is a topic close to my heart as the same has just happened to me. use the helpline 08088004050 and ask for deatails of a previous magazine detailing the ESA procedeure worked for me. Any more advice just post it on here and a wealth of highly knowledgeable people will be plresed to help.

I always go to CAB, but their queues are HUGE atm.
