Do any of you take this drug for pain relief? I have been taking it now for a couple of years 60mg at night as well as Paracetamol and Tramadol in the day it helps greatly but am concerned about the long term taking it My GP says it's fine at this dose replies would be apprdeciate

I take 25mg at night, It is still a low does you are on Wendy - honestly those who take it for depression (as its alos for) take 100's of mgs a day.
Like all meds I expect we get used to it. But it WORKS doesn't it?

I know Wendy
I wouldnt want to come off it now either. Think a heck of a lot of us are on it.
For now I'm going to 'keep taking the tablets'

Hi Wendy Toni.
i was taking 3 10 mil in the evenings for pain in my legs i was taking it for a year.
a few months ago i asked the doc if i could come of them as they do not work any more.
i had to take 2 for a month and then 1 for a month i had the last 1 last night.
i wuold not like stronger one's as you feel so like you've been drugged when you wake up.
i dot know how i will feel because i ache from my hips down to my feet all the time.
