A week off work means a week to recuperate. I suspect that is why you are so tired: you have to push yourself when at work to cope withn everything, now your body has the chance to just go 'Aaaaaaaah' and relax. And it is! Give into it, rest, rest and then rest some more. You need to re-charge your batteries, deborahjane. I hope you do! DD

    Hi deborahjane!

Hope the ironing keeps you awake

    It doesn't me :?

DD might be right - you might need the rest? Its only tuesday - you might pick up later in the week. My husband gets headaches if he stays in bed too long too :(

    Love

Hi Deborahjane, I'm like that the start of each school holiday ... I think you just keep working and you are alright until you stop and then you collapse!! Ie "Work till you drop!"

I'm off sick at the moment and I'm the same - I can't be tired surely ... but I am ...

Maybe plan a brief outing/treat for each day of the hols ... just to give your day a bit of focus.

    Hi Deborahjane,

I am the same, the less I do the more tired I get dong it. I am not sure what it is but hope you will find the week off has helped though? I think Speedy might be right there, a mooch abut that you can enjoy might help to make you feel less tired but it doesn't seem to always work for me. Just now the more I do the more tired I get as well but hopefully its transient! You take care and enjoy your week out. Cris x

I am the same, it seems the less I do, the more tired I feel. Once Im up and about (not necessarily speeding around the house but plodding along doing little jobs) I start to feel a little better. I too get headaches if I stay in bed too long but having 3 little boys, having a lie in isn't usually an option! lol

Hope you're getting the rest you obviously need though x
