oh dear - - spot the numpty!

And a very stressed one at that!
I am flying to Italy on Monday :mrgreen: and have everything booked and planned to the last for a few months now.. thought I would triple check everything again the morning... looking at hire car booking and I notice it says BOTH parts of uk liscense :shock: My photo part was in my wallet which was pinched a few years back and I never replaced it.... Hubby has no credit card (does not like them! :roll: ) so could not make a new booking... they would not even accept a certificate of entitlemnet offered by DVLA! C**P!!!! :cry:
Phoned Hubby crying - cannot make it round italy without a car.... phone DVLA... love them now! :lol: :oops:
They ordered a replacement and I should get it in 48 hours.... :mrgreen:
LESSON LEARNED.... always read ALL the small print!!

    Good advice, but we all forget something sometime. I'm glad it is all sorted for you now.

    At least you are sorted now, thank goodness dvla came up trumps, now all you need is to get on the plane, and go and enjoy your holiday....is there any room in your case....I am only small (honest) :wink::)
