Hi, I'm 24 and my GP has referred me to a rheumy with suspected RA.

I'm starting university in a couple of weeks to study for a BSc in Adult Nursing. :) Before that I worked as an office manager and before that as an air stewardess.

This seems like such a nice, friendly, supportive forum and I'm glad to have found it. [/u]

    Hi Princesskatie

    good to meet you.

I hope all goes well for you with the rheumatologist and that they can sort you out quickly.

You will need to be able to think clearly for your course wont you? You havent half packed a lot in for 24 haven't you? I am impressed.

Please do hang around and we will do our best to support you if we can :)

    Love

    Hi Princess

Popped in to say a warm welcome from me.

There are a lot of younger people on this site. Everyone is very supportive on here whatever their age.

If you have questions it is better to post them on Living With Arthritis or the Younger Peoples Forums.

I hope you can carry on with your plans when you get sorted. It is a lot to take in at times but you will.

Well, I hope to see you posting soon.

    Love Trish xxx

Hi princesskate - and welcome from me too!

So sorry about your potential RA diagnosis, but glad your GP has referred you. Hopefully you will get an appointment soon so that you can get some specialist help.

As you say this is a great forum and you will be made very welcome!

Best of luck with your nursing course - and look forward to seeing you posting around the forum.

    Love Tilly xxx
