Hi, Just to say that I feel a lot better today and I hope it lasts! the sun is shining although I think it may not last for long as their are a few dark clouds blowing about, still nice now! :) That sounds a bit like life for most people!!! I sat down to watch the telly in the afternoon and slept through the programme I wanted to see. Then in the evening I was sitting intending to read the paper and I went to sleep until 7.30!!! I think it did me good though and I still slept well last night. Hope everyone is coping and not too bad. Thankyou for all the posts yesterday. Love Sue :)

It's lovely to know you are feeling better - sleep is always good, as is sunshine. Here's to a few more good days, both health and weather-wise. DD

    Hi Sue,

So pleased to hear you're feeling better today :D

Do you (and everyone else) find that sleep makes a massive difference ? I am finding lately that if I get a decent nights sleep I don't seem to ache so much the following day ?

    Take care,

    Pols x

    Sue,

You obviously needed that sleep then, glad you are feeling better. Hope weather lasts .... we had sun early on - now grey, cloudy and windy ... boo hoo.

Hi I've always been the sort of person that sleeps a lot when I feel unwell, but when I get a painful night and keep waking up and then can't sleep or get comfortable, I know I'll feel bad the next day. Once I'd moved and the stiffness went and the painkillers kicked in, then I could'nt stay awake. I think its the bodies way of getting the energy levels back. I still have a bad neck today but the awful 'down' feeling has gone for now!!! Don't want to tempt fate!  Thanks for all the lovely messages.
    Love Sue

hi sue, glad to hear your feeling better today. i always find a decent nights sleep makes all the difference, anytime not just now i have arthur... i had my first full night sleep last night and its made such a difference to how i was today. i still had an afternoon nap but i felt more 'happy' instead of moping around.

having a bit of sun always makes things look better i feel.
heres hoping you get another decent night tonight x
