DD, I was reading your answer earlier, and you mentioned the spoon theory so I have just read it .Its all of us down to a t isn't it
I never realised how much I had altered my lifestyle to keep some 'spoons' in reserve.Not do things that I took for granted before arther entered my life.I know everyone here is the same. Its rap with a capital C. Sorry you feel awful today, wrap yourself in our comforting hugs and take care of yourself.MM

    I had never heard of the spoon theory before but what a great way of explaining how we live our lives with arthur

    i used it to explain arthur to my teenage daughters and they totally get it when i say " the spoon draw is almost empty" its made it easier for them to understand the ups and downs of moody arthur.
