aspiration to work an extra hour

just read news and above statement by the chancellor........
some workers are working overtime already to keep their head above water, some workers have had overtime stopped and cant work extra hour, some are so knackered with the hours they are working they cant work an extra hour -
cant believe it! is an extra hour for him to lengthen a nice meeting with free lunch etc?
best loose some weight so i can go up the chimney to clean it as well.
