I'm doing a challenging pain course in a couple of weeks time.
Its only 2 weeks {1 day a week} looking forward to it.
I've done the 6 week challenging arthritis course.
I was put in for this by the woman thats in charge of us volunteers
She got a letter back saying that "this lady had been to a challenging arthritis course so no need to come to a challenging pain course"
She replied that I was training to take the Challenging arthritis courses and it would be helpful if i saw how the challenging pain ones worked as well

Yes they are excellent courses....I think mine was called challenging arthritis but sounds the same....6 weeks and I bet the things covered are much the same. I thoroughly enjoyed it and followed it for quite a while afterwards and then I slip every now and again and drag my book out and have another read

Hope you enjoy the course and find it useful Hileena.
Your course isn't far away either, Iris.
SpeedyI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0 -
Hi I hope you enjoy the course. I think that it doesn't matter how many of these you do it may have a different approach and that may help you or it could remind you of some of the things you leant before but have forgotten. Go for it!! Love Suexxx0
