Oh Annie be careful hat you wish for....... Your not that far from where I get some of the sales supplies from.... Mind I don't go and get them cus that would mean crossing the Tamer! Might have to soon though xx
Hi Debs,
Cakes are ok but the cream..... you lot just have this kind of cream You have that channel isle stuff in a well know supermarket (not even close) or that weird runny stuff ((( ))) xx
Did we ever decide where the center of the UK was?0 -
Heavens, where do you get them from, Cris? I know most of the farm/animal feed outlets north of here.
Be glad to see you any time, just let me know and hubby makes a mean cuppa tea!

hi Annie,
Its in Hampshire and I need really to get up there this side of Christmas.... oh can I do it us honestly I haven't left Cornwall for a bit
If i do will have to arrange something eh? xx0 -
Hi Cris, I would have thought the centre of the uk is the midlands.
Cream in my cake was chocolate butter icing not fresh. I had my bit tonight & it was yummy.think that was the best one ive done so far & i make them often enough (stepsons fav )
Fruit cake werent bad eother but i had demolished half of that last night  couldnt resist
debs0 -
Centre of the UK IS the mids Debs!!
But I have to acquiesce
Cris is right there is NOTHING to beat Cornish clotted....sigh.....
Cake tin nearly ready for a refill
Love

Mr DD told me on Saturday where the geographical centre of the UK is, and I was very surprised. I think he said Stamford, in Lincolnshire, but I could well be wrong 'cos my concentration and memory skills are currently shot to bits. I would have opted for Derby, just because of where it is! Hi Toni and Debs,
Ummmm the center of England is the midlands somewhere but the UK is 700 and something miles long so you lot are only a quarter of the one way and 3/4 the other We don't know how many Scots would like to come down or could come down but the actual center in length is some where round Blackpool. Where it is in width I don't know....... xx
Hi DD,
Is possible Just I thought it would be further up..... I might have got where it is mixed up though.... Shall go find a map xx0 -
Oi still think its here in the meedlinds...
gorra be we's in the middle ay we?0
