Well ive finally got my date. Ive been getting the impression certain friends were not beliveing me about how long i am waiting. They are on income support had the dreaded papers to renew. They got sorted after worry of one week. They said how come yours aint sorted. Differant benefit all togeather. They said carnt you phone? allready done that get same reply unindated with tribunals carnt tell me when ra ra.
Then they said carnt someone else phone for u made me feel inadequite why would they tell them if aint telling me. :x
They put me on a right downer. I got a call from my well fare rights lady asking if i had heard. no. this lady told me her work was drying up and people are waiting six month for it to even go to the board now. I told her how much stress i was under and she said she would write to em. Well she wrote a brilliant letter and a week later i have now got my date for the 1st of november at 2. My money stopped 4th nov last year so its nearly the year waiting.
Well i have mixed feelings but relived i have a date now. just wanted to let you all knowx joanne

    Hi Joanne

you have been amazing not being TOTALLY on the floor this has gone on so long :(

I am sooooo very pleased you finally have a date. Will you be going? Will the welfare lady go with you?

There is finally light at the end of a very long tunnel :)

    Love

This is good news, and I agree with frog, take someone with you for moral support - this has dragged on for far too long. Good l,uck with it all. DD

I have my welfare lady for support. My hubby's not allowed to go work wont let him. I am getting the last lot of evidence together.
I would have been on the floor had it not been for all the help ive had and all the support off here and family.
I have had counseling up to and will have it after the tribunal.
will keep u updated thanks everyone x joanne

Hi, I'm glad you have a date, its horrible waiting so long. I've been waiting since my medical on 4 Jan. Everytime an offical looking letter comes my tummy turns over!

Another thins is, I don't know if this applies to you or not, but I have some more issues and can do less now. Also waiting for more tests as they think they've found something else in the MRI (a cyst).

Good luck with your tribunal. Keep fingers crossed!

Sue's got a good point Joanne! If you've been waiting a year then won't your condition have deteriorated? If it has make sure you let them know.

I am glad you have a date at last and you have great support with the welfare lady.
I can understand you feeling so frustrated by their comments Joanne. They really don't understand this unfair and slow system but then it is pretty unbelievable at times!
I really wish you well for the 1st November. Good luck.
