Good evening to those joining, there is plenty of tea, but I am afraid I am going to ask for marmite to be banned from in here, it stinks the place out and I am trying to run a descreet DVD hiring corner in here... You could put off my customers

Tony its ok its virtual marmite & it doesnt smell
we have the same problem with kippers,whelks & alsorts of strange foods that get taken on journeys when pocket duties call.

Hi Lupin, peppermint tea for you.
I brought some raspberry infused teabags to try the other day & there surprisingly nice.
Im trying to cut out caffine after 6pm to try & help me stay asleep :roll: winters nearly here & im fed up of getting up in me PJs & wandering around cold.

Hi Wonky, yes, DVD's are available, there is a growing list on my movies thread, help yourself but you must show I.D, not that I don't trust you to bring it back but it might be innapropriate for 'younger' members of my DVD club.. Ahem.. :oops:

And, as for the vitual marmite not smelling, what about my poor virtual nostrils? I've had to stick a virtual peg on the end of mi nose.. :!:

Debs a hot milky drink is supposed to be good to help you sleep along with a warm bath, nice clean pjs and clean sheets and of course a bedtime story

rose,Ive had a shower as no hot water,got me PJs on & sheets were changed yesterday.
Im not sure i want OHs type of bedtime story
I'll have to stick to tea as i hate hot milky drinks (Sorry) Cant even stand the smell of hot milk. :oops:

Its funny as my elbow woke me last night & tonight its elbow,shoulder & neck. The pains travelling that path. I need to get the elbow looked at so might go check out tomorrows appointments in a bit.

What are we like eh? Before abot feb this year my wrist/hands had never bothered me before, now I hav trouble wringing the sponge out in the shower, and have to wear splints most of the time.. Now I've noticed that my shoulders are also hurting, I get an ice cold pain right in the centre of my shoulder blades.. Falling apart at the seams..

Raiding my trolley, I spied you from afar, Matron sees all.

Hope everyone is as ok as possible, sending hugs up and down the country. You can have your Diazepam, I had 5mg vallium, two pregablain, 2 co codamol along with my usual t time meds, wanted to rest a while, lay there, wide, wide awake, an elephant would be stunned with less medication than that. :shock:

Bubbles,My diazapam were given to me for spasms & i havent taken them since 2008. there only 2mg so will they be ok with the pregabs, tramadols, amtrips & ive had a swig of Oramorph?
Will be floating on top of the bed tonight, might cure the sweats :roll:

2 mg won't hurt, just check they are not out of date - most pills have about a 2 year shelf life, so they might be past their best. Not that they will harm you, just that the active ingredients will not work as well.
I am up to 450mg pregabalin a day, with option to take more if needed, plus the amitryp, vallium, co codamol, zopiclone, fluoxetine..........I could go on, but I won't. Falling apart?? we are all in bits. :roll: Best put the kettle on

Im still on 400mg. I can go to 600if i need/want to. The tramadols on top of the slow release are making me a bit lightheaded so i have to be careful. I nearly went bang getting out the shower :roll:
Its not so bad for when you go bed as it doesnt matter til you need the loo & get up feeling drunk :shock: Staggering across the landing.
I think i'll take an extra pregabalin 50mg & see how i go,keep the diazapams for during night if i cant sleep or get comfy.

No worries hun, I know that feeling, wandering into the loo or demolishing my bedside cabinet, as I do. The other morning, everything from the cabinet was in the middle of the bed, so goodness knows what I had been doing in my tortured sleep :shock:

All pills taken, well, not all, but all for today - cats food ready for bedtime (he won't settle without his supper in the bedroom). Bless.

Night trolley all piled high with meds, hugs, energy, potions, lotions, lavender pats, ice packs, heat pads, fleecy blankets - think that covers most things. Will move now, before I set like stone. Everyone take lots of care, leaving hugs by the fire, with Cuddles, to share as needed. XX Bubbles

I never thought i would get to 600 but I did... I was ok on them for abut a year and since the last drip its all gone against me and am getting a head rush on even 200 but today was a bit better. Took 300 this morning and have just had 250 tonight and not too bad.....

You both hang in there and it doesn't matter how long it takes to get to the 600 you both will find in time you can. Leaving you both ((( ))) and debs they gave me diazwtsit while on the pregabs so it must be safe. xx
