    Coco, what wonderful news.....hope he is back for a good long time.

    I'll have a builders and a nice sit-down, have been rushing about a bit (well, my equivalent to 'rushing').

    Have bought in some caramel fudge cake, I need gooey at the moment................

    No, not chocci, thanks, but will gratefully accept another builders tea in my pint mug.........and some ginger biccies to go with it.

    I fully understand about a rough trip. He has, he is a very brave young man, you should be so proud of him.

    When you do get him back again give him that hug from me won't you??? Also say Thank You to him as well.

    Sorry forgot to tell you all.

    I had a text from Val this afternoon. She said they had a storm out there. After it stopped raining and thundering it was a nice hot day again.

    She said is was really enjoying herself she had been swimming and paddling in the sea. She sounds so happy.

    I'm so glad for her a few weeks ago she was so worried about hubby loosing his job. He was so lucky to find a job that quick.

    Oh so glad that Val is having a good time.......she and her hubby deserve it.

    Will have a bedtime builders to wash down the night meds and will have some of that ginger and tangerine cake I see over there (dream on)..........

    I'll have a slice of coffee cake (I make that by the way) & you can have the marshmallows as they give me migraine along with Jelly beans & babies. Shame as i like them all they just dont like me.

    mmmmm, please and thank you, that would be lovely. Had cream scones from M&S today, very nice they were too, having a cake day today. :D

    oh, St Agur, especially the spreadable one, can eat that by the spoonful, will add it to my little shopping list. OH loves THE most pongy cheeses, cannot remember the name, something Bishop I think, oh, I thought we had a sewage problem :shock: :shock:

    I dont go that far with me cheese! just strong mature or vintage nothing with mold or colours yuk!


    The coffee and wulnut cake from M&S is lovely you must get some!

    Hi Bubbles Rose and Debs

    Sorry I missed you all tonight I got interested in watching the miners coming up on the news.

    They are all up safely one has Pheumonia and is having AB's others are having trouble sleepig.

    But the good news is they are all up and so are the men who went down to them.

    What was interesting was their President staying there the whole way through this rescue of them. There were no police armed guards bomb proof cars nothing.

    Would Cameron have done that if it happend here????? I don't think so. Or Brown or Blair???

    Well will have an Ovaltine and I do hope Annie does not choke on her tea.....erm I sent her an O Dear moment PM I should have put a Wonky Warning on it.

    Trish, you not only made me splutter tea all over the keyboard, I was also glad I had made a point of getting some Tenas on Monday.

    Mmmmm, does hubby think you need your eyes tested?

    Have come in for a builders before I have to start thinking about lunch, thinking not my strong point today (or any day, really).

    Another beautiful day here, windy but wall-to-wall sunshine again.

    I am off in a bit to fetch Charlie form school for her brain MRI this afternoon :shock: reckon i am more scared than her :shock: The poor thing :( Have sorted out a metal free outfit for her so she doesnt get stuck with one of their sexy gowns....she iS only 15 :wink: :oops:
