I think it's today - dorcas mentioned it somewhere on a thread but I cannot remember which one. I plan to celebrate by sulking: my mood today is not good. I am tired of the disease, tired of the ineffective meds, tired of the pain and tired of being tired. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Yes awareness is definately a good thing....You would be surprised at the amount of people who have been diagnosed and then just left to it. Dont know anything about it or where to go for help and advice. I've met so many. Think of the "awareness" on this forum.
No matter how long we have had it there is still alway a question we need to ask and there is usuually someone who knows the answer or a few people with differing views for you to try.

HI, Yes, we do need as much awhereness as possible. So many people think arthritis is a fairly minor thing, just aches and pains when you get older. I would be nice, too to have a male and female couple, to front a campaigne, who is young and attractive, but has arthritis. That might help a bit.

    I'm sorry I missed it.

I'm glad I know about this forum. I'm only an occasional visitor but the information, advice and support here is extremely valuable.

    Thank you.
