Just a carry on from yesterdays good vibes, decided to get on and do something I love doing(errr making a mess?) but I seem to get no further with than looking at Jamie Oliver's cookbook, arther seems to put me in a low negative mood sometimes.
Yep dough all over the worksurface, a trace of flour around the house, loverly smell of cracked cumin and coriander and loads of mashed up chickpeas.
Its all proving in the hot sun so the results will be out(of the oven) later. Why does making a right royal mess make me happy???? T time!

Making a mess, with a good outcome, is fun! I have to admit your bread sounds wonderful - but make sure the kitchen is pristine for Mrs A's return! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

All done tidied up and cleaned away, phew. Is bread compatible with diet.....? Oh dear....
OH nicked half my mix for a loaf, mine will be mashed with chickpeas and left in fridge, sliced off and put in oven as flatbread when we need it, heaven.

Hi airwave!
bread making is such a tactile activity... all that kneading and pummelling, I'm sure, is good for reducing stress. :!: and the smell when bread is baking is just the best!
you've made me envious and hungry in equal measure.
