    Great news that your knee is a little less painful today.
    As you say rest and double rest is the best thing you can do.
    Anyway it far too cold to be doing much of anything today.

    Thanks I, yes it's freezing out there, though sunny. I miss my autumnal walks desperately. Got a friend bring pea and ham soup over soon, very appropriate!

    I went away for the weekend and now have my mum staying for a couple of weeks. Take care and keep as well as you can. DD
