HI Joan - weird isn't it pain is horrible when it is there but even more confusing when it just stops - my left knee hasn't badly hurt too much for a few months now -touch wood - has been doing my pilates- not over doing it - getting 10 hours sleep a couple of nights a week and making sure that i have some me time - time when i am not running around after the family - just 1/2 hour to put my feet up and not worry about the dusting etc so maybe you have got the balance just right between doing too little and too much - heck what ever it is hope it keeps up and that you carry on feeling GOOD

    Hi Joan
Like everyone says enjoy it while you can, must say the pain in my foot comes and goes, my GP said it because it is inflammation and not joint damage.
I really do hope it carries on for you.

    Dear Joan

Make the most of it and continue with the exercises, that could have something to do with it and anyway exercise is good.

Morning dachshund, how goes things today? I hope the pain is still absent - what a lovely thing to happen. It could be the exercises you know, I know you are being good about doing them so they could well be helping! It is odd how things happen, especially when we don't know why. You take care - don't run around too much and upset it all again! :) DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Hi Joan,

hope the pain is staying away. Enjoy it's absence - and don't push your luck (upset the foot!)

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Hi Joan :D

hope the absence of pain continues for a long time to come... :D

it does make a difference to how we feel when we have a wee 'window' where pain isn't in control.

hope you hear from the foot doc soon... I don't know about you, but I'm not very good at waiting! and can't help watching the letter box every day for that envelope with the appointment card!

    Hi Joan

I hope the pain is still missing - though you must still go to the appt. have you a date yet?

Thank you for asking Charlie is fine - she had the brain MRI last Thursday and she was better behaved than a lot of us adults :? certainly put ME to shame  She has an appt with her specialist in January i think - unless there is anything to worry about.

    Love

    Hi Joan,

Flower small bones do their own thing pain wise I think. Mine come and go and there is no rhyme nor reason to them. I can become horribly lame just like that and go sound again half an hour later (mind tis normally longer).

I really hope you get your feet appointment through soon and its not too long till the 1st is it now? Hope Sue is ok? ((( ))) and love Cris xx
