Tomorrow I will have been home 3 weeks after my THR. Monday it will be 4 weeks I can't believe the difference it has made No need for any painkillers Ok I have to use crutches but what used to be a marathon walk down the garden is now a stroll.I even went round the supermarket with Ceri yesterday.I still have another 10 heparin injections to have But Ceri has now become an expert injection giver.
I can categorically say to anyone who is offered this op to grab the chance with both hands.Once again Thanks for all the goodwill messages I got before and after the op. :):):):):):)

It's nice to hear some positive stories... Happy for you.. I hope it continues to be pain free and you heal completely.

I don't think we've spoken before so I hope you don't mind the comment..

Pleased the op has worked for you.

Please excuse my ignorance as new to all this, but what is THR?
