So who knows what the abv are when they testing blood?


RF
CCP
ANA
FBC
ESR
ABS
ANTICOEDIOIPIN ?

I know some but would like your help plz :D

    RF Rheumatoid Factor
    FBC Full Blood Count
    ESR Sedimentation Rate (I think)

    I know it's not many Rose but it's a start and I bet they're the ones you knew already :roll:

    ABS and Anticardiolipin: Both are different Antibodies present in the body in cause of different Autoimmune diseases...
    Anticardiolipin is for Lupus usually...

    Hi, I sometimes use this website, not sure if it's exactly what you need, have a look on here though, I think it tells you the abbreviations for most if not all tests..

    Morning Rose hope you are well, right here goes.

    HB-Female 12-16g/dl Male 13.5-17.5g/dl (low in anaemia)

    MVC- 78-100fl (abnormal in anaemia)

    WBC-White bllod cells

    Platelets- These stop bleeding/bruising

    Lymphocytes-Type of white blood cells which fight disease, involved in body's immunity.

    Neutrophils- Type of WBC which kill bacteria enzymes found in the liver.

    This is what I have copied from my blood book, hope it helps to make it clearer.
