We used to go and see him every November at the Ipswich Regent, I think we went for six years in a row. Good stuff, very lively, much dancing, and I wish I could play the piano like him! I hope they have a good time. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi all Paul McCartney and Neil Diomand are on the show and of course some oterhs I cant recall I hope and expect they will have a good time. ps DD I envy what good gigs you have i think some artists feel giddy if they venture into NOrfolk we have no good venue I guess other than Theatre Royal.0

The best one I ever saw was Seal, at the Ipswich Regent. I spotted it advertised in the Sunday Times - it literally said Seal: London, Paris, Berlin and Ipswich. NIce to know we're up there with the bright lights! It was a superb concert, and the place was half-empty. It was not promoted by anyone in the town, so as a result it was almost a private performance. Fabulous. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
