Hi and yes I have another question for all the gang, has anyone suffered from a tightening of the throat,or it becoming difficult to swallow things. I suffer from sjorgens syndrom and have a dry mouth/eyes daily but this is new. I am at the hospital to see my consultant about all my meds and will bring all these things up but its nice to have a knowledge of whats going on. I would appeciate any info. 8)

Yes John. I have this. One reason I opted for a spinal for my THR was because I thought a GA would finish my throat off or cause complications.
I have to carry drinks with me everywhere.

    Hi John :)

One of the symptoms of Sjogrens syndrome can be swallowing difficulties. I would definately mention this new symptom to the consultant when you next see him.
