Ooooh, I have never heard of that one, dachshund. I have heard of arthroscopy tho - could it be one and the same? I know what you mean about sacro-iliac pain, both of mine hurt all the time now, it's not nice, is it? I hope the injection continues to provide relief: are you still doing the exercises and are they helping? I hope you are both well. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. I Bing-ed it - collywobble is right, an arthrogram is where they injuect a contrast dye/medium into a joint, so that is an arthrography. I reckon it is a 'one size fits all' form, dachshund, so fill it is as they wish, recording your pain levels. Let's hope they stay low! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Hello Joan, hope the injection works well for you and helps with the pain. You rest up for a couple of days and give it a chance to work in.

I agree, a day without the forums will be odd but I reckon we will all survive! I am sorry you still have an ache, dachshund, but that must be better than the pain you had before, although still uncomfortable. You take care and we will chat on Friday! Hi, I hope that he injection soon starts to work for you! I've had them into the joint and it took a week or so to work, but they did tell me that, they should tell you these things because its worrying when you get a pain and don't know whether its normal or not!0

Hi Joan, is the ache from the actual injection? Is the original pain better? I hope this works for you, be honest on that form.
Take care,
SpeedyI have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0 -

I take that to mean then that the pain has been reduced in its intensity - I hope I am right, dachshund. I have never had much relief from corticosteroid injections, I prefer the drip, drip, drip of a daily tablet or three! I hope the improvement continues and you keep feeling better. That does make such a huge difference to everything. Have a good weekend. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
