Hello, Well I could'nt have done it without you, all the encouragement and support mean more than I can say. I just felt that I had to do something, I had no intention of going back and seeing him again but I wanted to give a reason, not just disappear and not bother, tempting as that is! The Manager promised me that she would speak to him at as soon as she sees him again and if he had been there, she would have asked him to appologise.

Anyway, I am having an hours assesment with the senior girl on Thursday at 2.30 and I've spoken to her on the phone to arrange it, which was better than just being told. I really do believe that everyone on here who has supported me and my long suffering husband, should take part of the credit for giving me the confidence to complain, even though I knew it was right for everyone including him, in the long run.
So, my greteful thanks and love, Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Good on you for standing your ground, you have made sure that this person doesn't treat anyone else like this,so you should be really proud of yourself.
I hope your next appointment goes really well for you.
