Evenint Tony, Trish, Annie, Cath, Val and all assembled in our lovely warm cafe, safe from the ever present rain. I am going to build an ark.

Hope everyone is as ok as possible. I see there has been a squish in Trish's chair, do I need to mop? Hope the brolly is still intact.

Just having a little rest, did some ironing, watched Lark Rise, fed the cats, so they are calm, for at least an hour. T, I remember seeing that there was a pot full, think I will take a cup of that and maybe a portion of the pudding, to boost ones sugar levels.

    Hi Everyone
Well hope the Squish in Trish's chair wasnt too difficult to sort,

Tony, no wonder you have bad knees with a life of wardrobe jumping.

Well I am away to my bed (not that I am likely to get to sleep) but at least I can sprawl out.

Night Night all sleep tight and will catch up with you tomorrow

Hi Cris, lovely to see you Hun, think of you too and sending hugs through the wind and rain.
Been better, but, carrying on, with yet more health issues to add to the list. Such is life. It is nice to see you. Itches, well, lanacane, or arnica gel, or vinegar even, anthisan cream is very good, calamine lotion, witch hazel, or a face toner if it hasn't got alcohol in it sometimes helps cool the itch.

Diet, don't mention diet, not with pregabalin, I will blow up before Easter, I am sure of it. Piling weight on. grrrrrrrrr

    Hi Bubbles,

Oh the pregablins making you put weight on? i have been lucky then... mine is pure lack of exertion... I have become a real plodder cus the back and neck just wont tolerate normal now a days.....

have been on pregabs for about 3 years and have stayed fairly static during the last 2... but at this size

determined to get some weight off the bones before \i get worse... and my mother died of obesity so......

Sorry you have more issues, not good is it flower? Its like one thing comes in and invites all its cousins, friends and families (suddenly thought of rabbit and his friends and relations there)

I hope you get some respite soon and stay on a good spell.

hey these are itching inside flower.. they collapsed and one got a but 'grazed' internally last week and they are driving me up the wall!

Cuppa and sorry i have trailed in mud again...... (((( )))) Cris xx

MUD, oh dear, I will have to get mopping, not to worry, I love to clean, even if I can only flick a cloth these days.

You are right about one thing inviting another, I have the whole family tree, I could be on Genes Reunited. Pain is getting me down to be honest, but we all carry on, fighting, as we do. Drs are thinking I might have gouty arthur as well as OA, also been diagnosed with chronic airways disease and possibly heart failure, although we will wait on the cardiologist to confirm or deny that one, legs like balloons and diauretics doing nothing, not even an extra wee wee, typical.
Apart from that I am fit as a lop.

Rock and a hard place with the pregabs, don't take them, unable to move, do take them then put weight on.

Going to Mark's tomorrow, to gather goodies, says me, about putting weight on. A bit of retail therapy won't go amiss and I can go round Tesco in the buggy and fly up the aisles.

    Hi Bubbles,

that some list flower and the fates certainly dealt you a rough hand but as you say you can only make the best of the hand you are dealt.

I never met a drug better for me than the pregabs but though I worked my way through a lot of the side effects I haven't noticed weight gain other than the comfort eating gain and the lack of movement related stuff...

tomorrow i am going to start to really get after it.. i really hate retail therapy ... less its an agricultural store and refuse to get bigger jeans... so ....

Sow my mouth shut for me will you please?!

Bubbles I so hope you get a bit of a break and the fluid starts to back off. It all makes you feel so worn down and tired but know there are so many people who care about you here as well as 3d.

Right a quick egg sarnie and you can have the blue egg cus its meant to be lower in cholesterol... I don't think it is but I do know that free range eggs are and these are very free range... i have to fight the lesser spotted egg eating collie/springer every day for the blue ones....

A cuppa and a (((((( ))))))) and have removed my boots but she hasn't hers  xx

I will add free range eggs to my lists. I know people are very caring and supportive on here, it is a God send to many, including myself.

I will share an egg buttie with you and then it is time for me to move, I am setting like stone and need to potter, make a cuppa, more pills then it is off to bed with my legs sloshing along.

you take lots of care, hugs back to you, (bigger jeans, now, there's a thought). I will do your share of home style retail therapy for you.

    Love, XX Bubbles.
