pamie,don't chop your leg off keep hold of it, it may come in useful LOL Do you have some good painkillers, take some of them, otherwise just lay out on the couch watched telly, that's all i'm doing at the moment, p***ed off with it but what can you do.

I already take Co-Codamol for the HMS pain so I'm still on them. Bloody making me tired so they are though. I fell asleep for an hour n a half earlier lol.

@Rich. I am certain my headaches are caused by MTX. I only get them on the day I take it and as I have been off MTX at various times and I never get a headache at these times it must be the MTX.

Just popped in for some bratwurst, sauerkraut and beer...it is Eurovision after all.

@Elizabeth .. yes seems a lot of people get them but they might go away after a while hope they do as it will be a "deal-breaker" if they don't .
Coffee and tea and croissants in the conservatory for those that want them .. and Full English/Scottish/welsh/Irish is now being served in the Poll house and hydrotherapy annexe

Just back from church with a plan to cut the back lawn--- Its raining!!!! should have done it yesterday but ended up having to spend most of the afternoon/evening in bed due to my aching body,
Will give it another half hour to see if it clears up and in the meantime will have a cuppa and a slice of toast anyone need a top up or a fresh one!

Nope not seen any brains around lately - mines been out of order for a while - keeps malfunctioning - must have a few screws loose!
Well had a hard shift at work so now just chilling out, looking for some marsh mallows for a hot choc if I can't find any I'll have to have a glass of wine!

Well, late, as usual, but sending hugs to one and all on this very wet evening. It has rained all day and forecast to carry on all night and day. Still, we need it, the rivers were drying up.
Chilly too, heating just come on, will not be cold.
Hope everyone is as ok as possible and getting good rests.

I will sit a while and have a cuppa, sort out the trolley, potter about.
