    I have some devasting, nay, life changing news :cry::cry::cry:

    I have not had ANY jammy d's in almost three weeks :shock:
    When I saw the doc about the IBS she said to avoid ALL wheat products :eek: :eek:
    So, I am relieved to let other folks take them... I will pass them om with a tear in my eye :roll: It is a cruel world when a man cannot enjoy the simple pleasures of a jammy dodger :cry::cry:

    To be honest the IBS is flaring really bad at the minute so it's not really been any better BUT, a couple of weeks ago I had half a piece of toast and boy did I suffer so there could be something to the wheat thing so haven't risked the biccies since..
    It is caused by the RA.. All inflamatory business :roll: :roll: At the minute I have a belly like Santa.. :eek:

    I will have two whole cyber packs then, wouldn't want to seem greedy :oops: :lol:

    Do /did you do white or brown bread? i used to have white (always preffered brown) and i always felt sick after :roll: changed to wholemeal much better! :grin: kids wouldnt eat the brown at first but they got used to it.

    I could only ever eat white bread, don't do healthy bread with bits of budgie seed on it :shock: :lol:
