Well, what a day i had yesterday - i visited my dermatologist yesterday and he asked me if i had thought about going on adulimumab as i was a perfect candidate as i have both psoriasis and arthritis (PA)......i said yes i had and yes i wanted to apply (knowing they have to apply for funding); then my wonderful little indian doctor told me he did not have to apply for me as it was his decision and he had already approved me............so i start in the next few weeks.....HURRAH
funny thing is, my bloods all came back fine, including my liver function tests, (which were slighlty elevated but nothing like normal.........i was expecting them to be high as i have been drinking wine like a celebrating Roman general lately, LOL
i had to redo my hepatitis A,B,C blood tests as they had lost my last set - but who cares, that should come back fine - good news

Hi I have also been excepted for Humira after everything else failed, Im hoping to start in a few weeks, The only thing I find works are steroid tablets but im on such a low does at the moment they only take the edge away, I dread going to bed at night as i know my legs are going to be so stiff in morning and wake me during the night, Im not able to walk with any ease untill about lunch time, so Im hoping this treatment will work and I hope it works for you too, let me know how it goes, x0
