Today I can hardly move or pick anything up because of my collar bones being so painful.
I have tried a heat patch & I am now sitting with a thick scarf on.What helps everyone else when they are in pain like this?.

thanks tjc

    Hi Tony
I have pain in my shoulder and along my collar bone,I have been told by my GP, that there is no Arthur there has yet, but it is inflamed.
It is very painful has you know, the only thing I use is my heat cushion, and of course pain meds.
I have been offered an injection in the joint, but it dose come and go, the one things that sparks it off is pushing myself up out of the bath, so I have to be careful.

    Hi tjc

I am also sat here with a fleece zipped up to my neck because of neck pain. Also I use a wheat pad but they sometimes make me too warm. Paracetamol too not that it is much good. :?
