So far I have not had any problems logging in, I am using the password they sent to me and it is working OK. I will change mine in due course but not until everything has settled and the teething problems are sorted. I like the fact it works and I don't want to rock the boat! Much to my surprise I have managed to learn it. DD
Thinking about it, mirabella, that could be causing you a problem if you are still trying to use your old password - use the one they sent you, see if that helps the login process, then either learn that one or change it back to your old one in the 'profile' option.Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Having experienced problems with receiving a new password, I'm like you DD, and don't want to change mine yet. I would never be able to remember the new one though.0

I changed my password in the User Control Panel for a new one that was easier to remember than the temporary jumble of letters/numbers they sent to me.
I now have a permanent jumble of letters/numbers of my own. But I can remember them!
