Hi Mjking or anyone who has heard from him,

Wondered how you were doing now you are back at work?

I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    I'm ok, I don't work Mondays. Went for a remedial sports massage today ... so feel a bit battered. Back at work tomorrow.

    My nieghbour does sports massage - none of the gently tickling fingers for her! It works wonders tho, she regularly does my neck and shoulders and when I do balloon around the knees she can shift that too, well, briefly! Good luck for today, I hope it goes well. DD
