Hi All

Im just in for a moan and a groan, Im feeling really down today, pain in spine is really bad, of course I did a complete spring clean of the house in Autumn time, Im always back to front with my seasons.
Now im sore, and suffering.
went to Drs this morning, usual appointment, and she told me this RA of the spine will get worst before it gets better, but Im not ready for a walking stick or whatever she suggests.
Then ofcourse it would have been my Dads 79th Birthday today, if he was still with me. He passed 20yrs ago this April.
I just want to lie down in a corner and cry today, which is not like me.
As my friend says that is not like me, and he wants to take me out to cheer me up, but I cant be Ar..d.
I have been through worst with the Big C, but all i need is, well I dont know what I need.

I have kept myself active but my Dr advised me also to reduce the number of dogs I have, I have 3 but I cant part with them, as they keep me going.

Sorry for going on but I just needed a moan. And to get things of my mind, and chest.

Regards
Mags

    Hi Mags,

Oh flower not a good day for you there.A ((((( ))))) and a hope it will get better for you.

I have a hue amount of oa in the spin.... its horrible and it hurts big time but I have had mine a long long time and don't remember it not being there so that's kinda easier.

What eds have they got you on? Sorry just sometimes you need different ones if its not working.

I only got 3 dogs now... I had 6 but lost 3 the last year and you know what its up to you not your gp! They say these things but that doesn't mean you have t do it..... I don't at all where the animals are concerned and well one is as bad as three if you look at it that way or three are as easy as one if you turn it about......

Hope your okish and have a better day tomorrow. Another ((())) and a bucket of hope. Cris x

    Hi Mags
I have posted twice on this but they have disappeared again, I am so sorry you are feeling down and in pain, if I was you I would put a post in living with arthur, more people pop in there , to either have a moan or get advise.
I do know what you mean about parents, you never really get over it , it just gets a little easier.
Three dogs...I would love another one...I lost mine around 3 yrs ago now, but it would have to be old and slow like me.
I do hope things improve for you very soon.
    Lots of hugs ((((((())))))
    Love Barbara xx

Hi. Take no notice of the Doctor.
The dogs probably do you more good then harm :!: :!:
We really miss out two springer spaniels.
Houses feel like home with an animal so we keep two budgies now as we aren't allowed pets (cats or dogs).
    Take care. xx

    Maggie

firstly (((((hugs)))) to you, you are not having a good day but you did the right thing by popping in here. we all understand about those days and how hard they can be. as for the dogs, you keep your waggy tailed friends and take no notice of the dr. animals can do more for a person and there spirit than just meds. you hang in there and hopefully tomorrow will be a bit brighter. were here what ever happens ok.

Without our down days Mags we wouldn't notice the up days

Keep posting and talking to us we've all been low at some time - it's all part and parcel of having to live with arthur. We understand. Bear in mind that when you feel rough a good day is just round the corner.

Here's a cyber squeeze ((((( ))))) and I hope you feel better very soon.

Hi Mags, don't think we've met before but just wanted to send some good wishes to you, hope you feel a bit more comfy today. Not sure the doc has the right to dictate about your pets so wouldn't take too much notice of him this time. Lots of love and healing hugs, Brenda xxxxx((((()))) :D

    Hi mags

Just seen this post and I am so sorry you were feeling so low yesterday, I hope today you woke up feeling a little more positive. It was nice of your friend to offer to take you out but if you weren't up to it I hope you tried to rest.
Your dogs must be good company for you and whats the difference if you have one or three. I wish I had a dog.

    take care
thinking of you and sending a hug((((())))

Oh maggie I couldn't have triiiiiiied, any moooooooore . .

Every time I see your name that blasted tune strikes up! I hope today is a little better for you - after three days of rain we have some sun and that always makes a difference, so I hope it is sunny today, wherever you are and that you are feeling similarly brighter in yourself. DD
