ESA Question

hi,
I'm getting the assessment rate paid to me at the moment but am expecting to be found 'fit' after the medical from what I have heard from others.
:?: Can anyone tell me whether they request the money that they have paid you back if that is the case? I scared to use the money if I'm going to have to pay it back at a later date.

    Hi Nicky :D

    don't worry... you are entitled to receive the assessment ESA during the 13weeks period based on your doc's med note that you are not fit for work.

    You will not have to pay it back no matter what the outcome of the assessment is!

    Fingers crossed for you that the medical assessment finds in your favour. Have you been yet for the ATOS medical?
